did I take other on this 19" monitor?

I in recent times bought this monitor but it has a cut into,

I bought one from walmart for 140.00 15",(about 3 days ago)

it had a black spot contained by it,

I took it back & they didnt hold anymore,so I went lookin on ebay,

I found this:

Yep, there are risks invlolved when buying used items and ebay have tons of them. However there are items which are slightly used and offered at low prices. One have just to be fanatical on inspecting the items they're buying or ask the seller adjectives the questions they enjoy in mind back deciding the purchase/bid.

It may be a polite buy if you could wipe off that chisel but in reality, the scratch have nothing to do next to the performance of the monitor.
im not so sure something like the brand or what your warranty is etc......but anyways the price is quite average...
