Do u know LCD?

my monitor have a little dot near

when i use black background .it appears

another environment ...it disappears

Answer:

What color is the dot? It's either a stuck pixel (blue, red, green ect.) or a motionless pixel (white, black). It wont harm anything. Some stuck pixels come unstuck over time and you will never see them again.

There are programs that will constantly changeover the background color, highly rapidly to unstick the pixel.
find a specialist , it is better
Although i'm not really sure what you're asking it sounds close to you have a insensible pixel. The reason why you can see it easier on a black eyeshade is because it is obviously different from the black surroundings, while when the screen is individual occupied by different similes it will be harder to point out because your eyes will naturally create it blend into the background.
ya its better variation of the screen and cool to eyes and sparkle efficient..
there's a trickle at your liquid crystal display (lcd).

an lcd made from a solution and as the time of use it may had a dribble on it.and the leak carry bigger and bigger untill you can't see anything but black on your lcd screen.read this article :
