Do LCD flat panel displays require a eyeshade investor resembling CRTs moniters?

Do LCD flat panel screen burn?

Answer:

No they do not require a peak saver.

and

No. The do not burn-in.

You see LCD technology does not itself let off light, and the back-light is not strong plenty to etch the glass over time.....

Plasma monitor/TV's can burn-in though.

PS: blind burn-in would never be called 'dead pixels'
here called limp pixels and they`re another thing but you should enjoy one
lcd panels are outstandingly unlikely to get eyeshade burn... the technology isn't like plasma that get screen burn...
I would push for you to even if it is just to squirrel away power!
