Does an LCD monitor own a revitalize rate similar to a CRT monitor? If in that is, what is the lowest rate for the eyes?

Answer:

Yes LCDs do own a refresh rate but it is totally irevelent. It won't effect your eyes because LCD monitors are composed of little pixels of flimsy that stay on until they are instructed to change to a different color. hHe impartant spec to look for surrounded by LCDs is responce time in ms. The lower time the faster the metaphors change.
Yes they do hold a refresh rate. But mdhtbm is right, it is irrelevant, most of them are set at 60Hz by defaulting and in my covering that can't be changed but as mdhtbm and I said, it does not matter because LCDs do not hold the flicker problem that is prevalent contained by CRT monitors if the refresh rate isn't set right.
