my fresh monitor from wal-mart is bothering me. the thing have a faint black horizontal splash scrolling down on the screen. i dunnno wat it is.i'm afraid it my hurt my eyes within the long run...do you know how to fix the line??

return it for a full refund befor its too delayed
return the monitor or get investigational video card or make sure its plug contained by right and the power cord.
