Difference between the processor ?

is in attendance a noticable difference between

intel core 2 duo 1.8 2 mb L2 cache and

intel core 2 duo 2.4 4 mb L2 cache

purpose gaming and video recording.

explain please.

Answer:

Lots of things build computers run faster. A lot depends on the particular charge you are doing.

Video processing and games tend to be processing intensive, so the size of the cache doesn't matter. The faster the processor the better. 2.4 is faster than 1.8 (this is the speed of the clock, and as the processer is one and the same, it is really the speed of the processor).

The cache has a big impact on most business type computing, especially database processing. But it doesn't hold much impact on what you need.

But for try video speed you want to invest your money surrounded by a fast video card.
considerable. the L2 cache for starters. the speed is to some extent insignificant but the performance is lightyears. run with the 2.4 if you can afford it. you will own an overall better experience
There will be a very noticable difference if playing lofty end games, record high point video, or running multiple programs at once. If you are doing any of these and have the money, jump for the high memory big speed version.
