Dell Dimension 2400 monitor stuck within power stockpile mode.?

Computer be fine, then I shut down and restarted after window updates, now computer boots but monitor say monitor in power release mode, boot from pc. Can't do anything, keyboard and mouse won't work so I can't press any key like F2 or F8 to try anything else. Can someone give a hand?

Answer:

You may have a doomed to failure update in your midst. Shut it down again and this time unplug the computer entirely for one full minute. Plug it spinal column it and see if that reset it. Are your keyboard and mouse wireless? You may own to push the CONNECT buttons on both of them and the docking unit to reestablish the nouns.

If you get them working hit F8 and turn to USE LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION. I hope that you had your System Restore points turned on. If not, try SAFE MODE.

On your desktop right click:

1. Properties

2. Screensaver

3. Power

4. At the bottom of the skylight:

System Standby: NEVER

Hibernation: NEVER

This will prevent power save mode surrounded by the future. You don't necessitate it unless you're running a laptop or have a CRT monitor. LCD screen do not burn so easily. a dog for sale
